Vegetable shashlik (a combination of Indian cottage cheese, capsicum, mushrooms, tomatoes, and a touch of garlic cooked over charcoal)

Chilli duck garlic (seasoned tikka breast pieces, sauted & simmered in thier own juice, made heady with aromatic chilli, corriander & freshly spiced and a dash of red wine)
Lamb jalfrezi (spiced, diced lamb, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, delicately coaked with fresh spices)
Moghlai kofta (mixed vegetable balls mildly spiced with a cream sauce)
