About 2 Amici

Leading the way in the regeneration of Pimlico’s dining scene, 2 Amici is a modern Italian conveniently located a short meander from London’s Victoria Station. You won’t walk straight past this restaurant, thanks to the huge neon-lit sign marking its position but venture inside and you’ll find something much less overblown. In fact, the dining room is charmingly neutral, modern but unpretentious, lit with a warm yellow glow and with a cosy and friendly feel helped along by pleasantly professional staff – a very welcome change from Victoria’s many impersonal chains. The menu here at 2 Amici is typically Italian, many dishes given modern twists while others maintain their traditional roots, meaning that every taste really is catered for. The freshly prepared food is consistently marked out as the best in the area by local diners and the wine list is reliably varied, featuring a number of quality all rounders. Little touches such as the glass of Limoncello with your bill give 2 Amici the personality that turns it from a give-it-a-try one off to a regular haunt.

Excellent and good value for centre of town - esp with Toptable offer. Slightly austere setting, but warm and friendly staff. Aubergine starter was delicious as was pasta main course. Only very mild criticism was that the laminated menu had a rather down-market feel.

4 of us had a delicious dinner at 2 Amici, Rochester Row, London SW1. It was my sons birthday and they sweetly brought us some tiramisu with a candlle in for pudding although we were all full up we still managed to tuck in. Service a little slow, but worth the wait. We shall return.

Good service. Food quiet good but not outstanding. Good value on Taste

Was excellent. Food was very tasty (big portion, bit too big for me in fact), good space, excellent service

Charming and friendly staff, food excellent and cooked fresh, a very enjoyable eating experience all round.

We booked 25% off at 2 Amici on Rochester Row. It is very handy for us as we live on Greencoat Place so when we saw the deal we decided to pay a visit having not been for a while. I had the cotoletta alla milanese (pan fried veal in breadcrumbs) which was delicious, and perfect with the slice of lemon and spaghetti pomodoro and basil. My mother had sea bass with capers, olives, lemon, herbs and white wine which she enjoyed. I thought it was slightly dry but hey. Sides a little pricey @ £3.80each

2 Amici in London is a small and homely restaurant with a very friendly french waitress and owner. good food, good prices.

2 Amici, Rochester Row Loved the old fashioned Italian atmosphere, staff were very polite and helpful although we did have to wait to be served our 1st course it didn't seem a problem. Food was very good, wine choice excellent. Would recommend.

2 Amici is a nice cosy Italian restaurant. The food is good and the service is very efficient. Will go back again.

2 Amici near Victoria Station is a lovely little Italian place with friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. We ordered the seafood risotto and the mushroom risotto which were both very good. Tiramisu for dessert was very tasty. We were on our way to a late Friday opening at Tate Britain and would certainly visit here again next time we do this!

Good Italian restaurant. Nice food n good service. Would go again.

Had a lovely meal at 2 Amici and good service

Good safe local italian

Great, buzzy little place in Victoria where good venues are few and far between. Food good, price reasonable, atmosphere fun.

2 Amici in Rochester Row always lives up to expectations with good service and good food. Highly recommend.

Pleasant 80's style eaterie with ample, reasonably priced portions. Four of us had two courses and the house white for just under £100 with the discount. It's not life changing culinary delights, but very tasty nonetheless.

Quaint 80's style Italian eaterie. Not unreasonably priced, large portions. With the discount and the house wine, four of us enjoyed a two course meal for under a £100.

We all thought the food was good, although we waited quite a while for our orders to be taken. Staff were more than obliging and courteus. Will book again.

2 Amici in Pimlico was not as good as previous reviewers suggested, possibly in part due to our group size of 11. Two of the dishes came out nearly 15 minutes later than everyone else's. Portion size was also fairly small, so again a different experience from previous reviews (e.g. the 5 quid grilled vegetables consisted of two pieces of aubergine, one slice of red pepper and one piece of asparagus). Overall mediocre. Probably only worth it on offer.

Remains a good restaurant for lunch and business meetings. Good value for money also.
