We ate here on a Saturday evening and there wasn't much of an atmosphere as there were very few diners. Although the meal was good value when booked on the toptable offer, the food wasn't remarkable and the service was very slow. There was also a lot of confusion over what cards they coudl and couldn't accept and it took three attempts (on three different card machines) before we managed to pay for our meal. The pizzas however were tasty and cooked over a large wood-fired over.

Service not as good as usual due to staff not knowing very much about food or wines/

Good food...needs a bigger bar area through

Filini Birmingham. 50% off represented value for money. Food was uninspiring.

Filini,Birmingham. I had a 50% off food voucher so with that the price was reasonable. Had I paid full price I would have said it was a little overpriced. Staff were excellent. Pizza was a little soggy.

We booked Filini as it was close to the Hippodrome and we thought it would be quick and easy!! It was and far exceeded our expectations. We had the pre-theatre menu which was very nice and excellent value. The service was great and the staff very attentive. Would certainly go again and recommend it to anyone!

Nice food & friendly staff. We had he pre-theatre deal, which was very good value for money.

We made a last minute booking at Filini Birmingham and were not disappointed. Service was attentive and polite; the food well presented and tasty. Fairly priced, especially for a hotel restaurant. I recommend it.

Another fantastic meal at the Radisson Filini in Birmingham.

lovely atmosphere but unfortunately food not great - seabass did not taste very fresh and was overcooked, seafood risotto tasty but caused dodgy tummy. Probably would not come back, expensive without the offer anyway.

Filini Birmingham 7:00pm Saturday 50% off food deal. Highly recommended!

The food was fabulous. Portions were the right size and it all tasted delicious. Nice touch with the bread and oil/vinegar combo at the start. The wine also good. Seafood stew was wonderful if a little lopsided. I had one prawn (and a few bits of shell) but dozens of mussels. Would prefer a few of each - the fish in it was lovely, tasty and soft - cooked just right. Staff polite and attentive.

The restaurant at first glance is very impressive. But the unfortunately the food failed to reach the same standards. The 50% off deal was worth the visit!

We went to filini's restaurant a couple of weeks ago for an early evening meal- the food was very good and service excellent. I had the lamb chops which were succulent and full of flavour, whilst my girlfriend tried the fish stew which was equally good and very generous in portion size. The restaurant itself is very tasteful and would be perfect for a romantic evening meal.

Filini Restaurant, Birmingham. Went for the second time, and this time the food was a little disappointing. Had the squid starter which was nice and fresh, the plaice was underseasoned due to lack of pesto crust, dessert was mediocre as the chocolate fondant was a bit dry. Favourite part was the polenta side

We had a lovely evening at Filini's on Saturday night. The service was great, there was plenty of space for a wheelchair to wheele around. The restaurant had a very relaxed atmosphere and most of the food was lovely apart from the starters which hadn't been given much thought. Can't wait to try a tasty-looking pizza next time.

The Filini restaurant in Radisson Blu Hotel in Birmingham has a delightful ambience. The service was very good. The spaghetti with crab was excellent though the rissotto was slightly heavy. I would recommend this restaurant.

Filini Restaurant, Radisson Blu in Birmingham

Excellent decor,

Starter of Meat Antipasti was good.

the main courses are average.

We ate at Birmingham's Filini Restaurant last night and enjoyed it. The venue itself is lovely and stylish and the food was tasty. The service was excellent. As a group of four we were a bit disappointed with the size of the sharer antipasti in relation to its price - it's only really enough for two.

I booked Filini for a Friday evening meal with my wife and mother. I was surprised to see that the restaurant was only half full on a Friday night - but this had the advantage that it was very easy to hold a conversation. We had the large meat antipasti to share which was perhaps a little overdressed making it a little greasy. We were all happy with our main courses without them being anything special. A pleasant, good value night out.

my friend and i went to filni yest and had a really nice time. atmosphere great, service very attentive however the food has always been satisfactory. the bread and olives - nice, the main meal however was okay - not bad but the flavours are lacking.... the dessert neverthless very nice and we had an enjoyable evening! good value at 50% off.

Excellent Service as we've come to expect from Filini. We haven't found better service anywhere else! Superb.

Really miss the Fritto Misto and the Vermentino wine, the recession seems to have limited the menu a bit.

All in all an excellent dining experience, with a relaxed comfortable atmosphere.

Had a lovely meal at The Filini in Birmingham.Staff most pleasant and can't do enough for you. Also took 2 friends at the last minute and although they were extremely busy they let them join us. Only small disappointment was the starter we wanted wasn't available, so we didn't have one.

Have been here 4x previously, but a change of menu has dropped the standards. The main Seafood stew was watered down stale fish, with prawn heads only! when asked why there is only fish when it should be seafood, they offered to bring some prawns on top as the stew was cooked for 4 ppl and distributed unevenly. the 3 prawns brought out was so out of place. My partner's lamp was also too salty. All in all the food quality has gone down. couldn't face dessert after this.

Food was nice - though it is small portions. I had 3 courses; the starter came with a rocket salad, the main also came with rocket and the cheese course had rocket with it. I like rocket but it got a bit much with every course. Service and the place itself were excellent.

Our first visit and booked for a frends birthday party. Very pleased with everything, service & food was top quality and the and teh 50% discount made it excellent value for money.

The food was average and came piled with salad leaves! Had a lot better food at less pricey places

Filini Restaurant Radisson Blu Hotel Birmingham

An excellent dining experience. Large portions and attentive staff.

Would definitely recommend. Low lighting. Lovely toilets!

Filini, Birmingham. This was our first visit to this restaurant. The decor was nice, open plan but they have managed to segregate the seating areas so it feels more cosy. Staff were very polite and attentive without being too obtrusive. We had the Antipasti starter to share which was very good. For mains, my partner had a pasta dish and I had the risotto. Quality of the food was excellent but the portions were huge! I couldn't finish mine, hence no room for dessert. Would definately return.

We had an excellent pre-theatre meal. It said on the menu for pork accommpanied by baby leeks but was actually spinache. We both liked spinache so there was no problem. We had a table by the window and enjoyed watching the world go by. We would recommend and will definitely go again.

Dined at the restaurant with a group of friends using the 50% off food offer. Excellent value for money! We had 3 courses & wine and it only cost 25 each! Highly recommend if taking advantage of the offer.

This is the third time here, our brushetta starter was disapointing, it was cold toast with cold tomatoes, brushetta is traditionaly chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil and red onion, so that wasnt very nice-very bland. Ihad rib eye steak, the meat was beautiful but the side it came with was also disapointing as i expected the mushrooms to be warm, they seemed as the tomaotes in the starter to have just been taken out of the fridge. i had the fondant for afters, it was fabulous, no fault in it!

Beautifully decorated on plate, also taste blend in perfect mixture of food. Recommend!

We enjoyed the starter but the mains were decidedly average to poor

Service was poor, the waiter answered the phone in front of us whilst taking our order

Service charge was sneaked on the bill so not really descreationary and was 10% of the full price food not the discounted food

On the plus side when we complained the hotel manager was very attentive and wanted to put it right. So we were refunded the mains. Would have preferred to have had decent food and paid though

Fillini in Birmingham is a secret treasure ! The restaurant is very modern, ambience most comfortable and the food and service excellent - I cannot wait to go back :)

Filini Restaurant - Radisson Blu Hotel.

Loving good Italian food I booked this as a surprise for my partner. On arrival we saw the sign sign saying "almost 100% Italian" and thought hmmm. The restaurant was too quiet at 7pm to have anything we would call ambience but nice lighting and staff very attentive. The food itself was very average and the piece of plastic in our dessert wasn't expected but management very apologetic and discounted the bill. Wouldn't return.

Great food and service definitely go again. Recomend the chocalate fondant desert 10/10!

Excellent food and with the 50% offer amazing value. Would definitely recommend.

Filinini Restaurant - Birmingham Food was OK, not worth the value without the 50% voucher. It was very quiet when we got there, so the atmosphere was abit dull. Service was good.

The Filini Restaurant in Birmingham is a very nice restaurant with good interior. Its not really their fault that the view is of the roundabout but it does take something away from the experience.

really enjoyable , value for money

Fillini in Birmingham was an excellent choice for our meal, great friendly service, stylish decor and great, good value food.

Birmingham Radisson Blu, Filini restaurant. Staff very friendly and attentive, venue interior probably one of the finest in birmingham, food - traditional italian, value for the money - very reasonable, prices at the same level like nearest competitors, like Hyatt Aria or Marriot. Overall atmosphere very good. Just for this type of venue, I think, they should use white tablecloths. Anyway, Filini restaurant - one of the best dining experiences you can get in Birmingham.

Filini Birmingham. We loved the classic Italian dishes with a modern twist & with the 50% off food offer, we felt a good deal. We had 3 courses & were impressed by the fresh ingredients used & presentation. Ribeye steak was especially good! Service was efficient but there were only 4 other tables taken. This affected the ambience slightly as the restaurant felt really empty. Seated by the window we had a good (?!) view of the street (we imagined filini would be at the top of tower) We'll go back!

We had a lovely evening, I really enjoyed my food and I thought the staff were very polite and helpful

Filini, Birmingham - good atmosphere - attentive service - mediocre food. the pepper sauce for the steak was just some gravy sauce with pepper grinded into it.

Well worth it with the 50% offer.

We had a lovely meal in the Radisson Blu, Birmingham. We were staying overnight AT THE HOTEL BUT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE 50% OFF OFFER VIA tOPtABLE. tHE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AND THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. We enjoyed the home baked bread variety before our meal and there was plenty of choice. REasonably priced as well..

Very average, horrible view of the roundabout
